Dumbbell kickbacks for triceps - maintain a position so that the working arm's elbow pointing to the ceiling.
This will only occur if the weight used isn't too heavy.
|What you need for dumbbell kickbacks :

Adopt a position with your left knee and left hand on a bench or chair for support. (both arms should be worked)
Grasp a small dumbbell, point your elbow back and up and allow your arm hang down. This is your start position
Slowly extend your elbow back without allowing your upper arm to shake or move away from the start position
Hold the weight back for the count of one before returning to the relaxed start position. Repeat when ready
