Dumbbell kickbacks for triceps


Dumbbell kickbacks for triceps - maintain a position so that the working arm's elbow pointing to the ceiling.

This will only occur if the weight used isn't too heavy.
 
What you need for dumbbell kickbacks :
  • A dumbbell
  • A flat bench

how to do it
  • Adopt a position with your left knee and left hand on a bench or chair for support. (both arms should be worked)
     
  • Grasp a small dumbbell, point your elbow back and up and allow your arm hang down. This is your start position
     
  • Slowly extend your elbow back without allowing your upper arm to shake or move away from the start position
     
  • Hold the weight back for the count of one before returning to the relaxed start position. Repeat when ready
