Abdominal Crunch
Great for developing the six-pack muscles of the abdominal wall

Bench Crunch

This variation strongly stresses the six-pack, emphasis on the upper abdomen

Weighted Crunch

A high intensity exercise, developing a strong firm midsection

Straight-Arm Crunch

Advanced movement that strongly stresses the upper portion of the abs

Side Bends (weighted)

Targetting the oblique muscles (love handles) to aid waist reduction.

Reverse Crunch (weighted)

Targets lower region of the abdominal wall to aid posture and shape the waist
