Bench dips


Bench dips - a fantastic exercise to strengthen and tone your triceps.

The triceps are also involved in all other presses.
 
What you need for bench dips :
  • A bench or step
  • About 5 mins for all 3 sets

how to do it
  • Sit on the edge of a bench / step with your palms flat against the edge it's edge (hands should be beside your bottom)
     
  • Place your feet approximately 2 feet away from the bench and begin to move your bottom of the end
     
  • From this start position, bend your elbows slowly and take your body weight with your hands and arms
     
  • Slowly lower your bottom towards the floor. From this position push yourself back to the start. Repeat
  • other tricep exercises
