Cable front raises


Cable front raises - Strengthen and tone the anterior head of the deltoid.

Hold a strong back and posture. This will help reduce cheating
 
What you need for Cable front raises :
  • A cable machine
  • OR exercise tubing

how to do it
  • Stand next to a low cable machine (approximately 18 inches away) and grasp the handles with your palms facing you
     
  • Tighten your shoulders and begin to raise the bar in front of you up towards shoulder level
     
  • Pause briefly, still tightening your shoulders, then slowly lower the handels back to the start position
     
  • Repeat for the desired number of repetitions. i.e. 6 - 8 strength, 8 - 12 for building muscle, 12 - 15 for endurance and tone
