Lying leg curl


Leg curl - lying - a great exercise to develop the back of thighs and the bottom.

It can also be performed on the leg curl machine
 
What you need for lying leg curl:

how to do it
  • Lie flat on your front. Place an object of resistance between your feet
     
  • Lift your feet slightly off the ground. During this exercise your feet will never touch the floor
     
  • Contract your hamstrings and gluteals to raise your feet towards your bum
     
  • Without pausing, slowly lower your feet to the start position. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions
