Cable curls - a great variation to the free weight bicep curl.
Add tone and strength to your arms whatever your training level!
|What you need for Cable curls :
- A cable machine
- OR exercise tubing
|how to do it
Stand next to a low cable machine (12 inches away) and grasp handles with plams facing away from you
Keeping your elbows close to your sides, begin to curl the handles towards you chest
As the handles reach just below shoulder level, pause, and return back to the start postion
Repeat for desired reps. i.e. 6-8 strength, 8-12 for building muscle, 12-15 for endurance and tone
