Weight measurements

In many sports, weight measurements are crucial for athletes as a tool to evaluate the effectiveness of training.

This can be because an athlete needs to gain weight (muscle) for power sports such as rugby or American Football, or because they need to lose it or control it (runners, gymnasts, boxers, for example.)

When used in conjunction with body composition tests, they can help assess the balance between muscle and fat so crucial for success.
