Heart rate tests

Doing heart rate tests is an excellent way to track the progress you've made. Various heart rates tests include taking the beats per minute while exercising, shortly after exercising, ten or more minutes after exercising (to determine recovery ability) and first thing in the morning (to determine overtraining status).
