Dumbbell shrugs - a great way to strengthen the back, shoulders and neck muscles.

What you need for Dumbbell shrugs :
  • Two dumbbells
  • A weight-lifting belt

how to do it
  • Grasp two moderately weighted bumbbells. Stand tall and allow your arms to hang loosely by your sides
  • Tighten your shoulders and neck and begin to raise your shoulders towards your ears
  • Pause and squeeze the base of your tightly and hold for a count of two
  • Slowly lower. Pause briefly and repeat for the desired number of repetitions
