- A bench or chair

Sit on the edge of a bench and hold a light dumbbell in your right hand
Place the elbow of your right arm against the inner thigh of your right leg. Fully extend your arm
From this start position forcefully curl the weight up without moving your upper arm
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions on your right side then change hands and repeat on you left. Alternative sets
