Dumbbell row


Dumbbell row - a great way to strengthen, tone and shape the upper back.

Don't perform this exercise with ANY back injury
 
What you need for Dumbbell row :
  • A flat bench
  • A dumbbell

how to do it
  • Position yourself at the side of a bench. Place your left knee and left hand on it for support
     
  • Grasp a dumbbell in your right hand and extend your arm. DO NOT round your back. Keep it tight and flat
     
  • Tighten your back and begin to pull your elbow back to raise the weight. Allow it to touch your stomach
     
  • Pause briefly before you slowly lower the weight back to the start position. Repeat
