Bosu Bicep Curl

What it does?

An advancement of the bicep curl which helps to improve your balance and coordination.

What you need?

2 dumbbells & bosu

How do you do it?

- Start by standing upright on the bosu holding a dumbbell in each hand down by your sides
- With one arm, lift the dumbbell towards your shoulder, bending your elbow
- Lower back down to the start position
- Repeat with other arm
- Do 10-15 times on each arm

Key Points

- Maintain an upright position throughout, don't hunch your back
- Bend your knees slightly for balance on the bosu
- Start with a light weight to get the technique right then gradually increase the weight
