Bench decline - all bench presses stress the chest.
The decline press strongly stresses the lower part of the chest.
|What you need for bench decline press :
- A barbell
- An adjustable bench
|how to do it
Lie on a slightly decline bench keeping your back flat and your feet on the floor
Hold the barbell with your arms extended, slightly wider than shoulder width to start
Slowly lower the bar until it lightly touches your chest. DO NOT bounce the bar on your chest!
Forcefully press the bar back to the starting position. Repeat for the desired number of reps
