Sprint Tests

To assess your muscular explosiveness, make sprint tests a regular part of your training. This type of activity is incredibly intense in nature so it's important to perform sprint tests after you've had a few days of lower intensity exercise. Make sure a warm-up is always included before you begin.

A great assessment for athletes, the 30m sprint fatigue power maintenance test will determine how well you can produce consecutive bursts of max energy over a short period of time. This is often needed for activities such as basketball, football, hockey and soccer.
