Leg extensions - develops the front thigh muscles quickly and effectively.
Exercise one leg for one leg, ten exercise the other
|What you need for leg extensions :
- A bench and ankle weights
- OR an extension machine
|how to do it
Sit on a chair, bench etc. Raise one foot slightly off the ground. This foot will not rest on the ground throughout
Contract your quadriceps and raise your foot into the air. Pause when your leg is ALMOST straight
Slowly lower you foot towards the start position. Repeat without pausing. Remember. Exercise both legs!
This exercise can also be performed on the leg extension machine at your local health club or gym
