Dumbbell curls


Dumbbell curls for biceps - don't have access to any dumbbells? Substitute them with canned food produce.

Stand tall, relax and aim not to sway.
 
What you need for dumbbell curls for biceps :
  • Two dumbbells
  • A weight-lifting belt

how to do it
  • Grasp two moderately weighted dumbbells, with your palms facing forward and your arms fully extended
     
  • Without moving your upper arms, slowly curl the weights up towards your shoulders
     
  • Pause briefly, exhale, then slowly lower the weights for a count of two
     
  • Your arms should be fully extended before you begin the next repetition. Begin the next curl. Repeat
