Dips (Chest)

What it does?

Dips use your whole body weight to provide a challenging workout for your triceps and chest

What you need?

Tricep dip bar

How do you do it?

- Start off holding yourself up with arms extended and knees bent with feet crossed behind you
- Bend your arms and slowly lower yourself down so that your elbows are almost at right angles
- Pause briefly at the bottom and then lift yourself back up by extending the arms
- Repeat 10 times

Key Points

- The wider your grip the more it will target your chest
- Keep your back and neck straight and chest in line with your hands
- Avoid swaying
- Breathe in on the way down and out on the way up
