Med Ball Press Up

What it does?

Good for toning and developing power in your chest. An alternative to normal press ups for advanced users

What you need?

Medicine ball and a partner

How do you do it?

- Start off in a press up position with one hand on a medicine ball instead of the floor
- Press down to the floor maintaining good posture
- Once at the bottom push yourself back up to the start and switch hands on the ball (see video)
- Repeat 8-12 times and do 3 sets

Key Points

- Maintain good posture throughout, don't bend your back or let your hips drop - Watch the video for correct technique
