Cable Squat with Row

What it does?

A variation of the seated cable row that will add variety to your workout. Great for your upper and middle back as well as the shoulders and legs

What you need?

Cable machine

How do you do it?

- Start off in a standing position facing the cable machine with knees slightly bent and back straight
- Hold the pulleys about shoulder width apart
- Pull the pulleys towards your upper chest and as you do this perform a squat
- Pause briefly at the bottom and push up from the squat and straighten your arms, returning back to the start position
- Repeat movement

Key Points

- Mainatain good posture throughout keeping your upper body still.
- Focus on using your arms, legs and back muscles to control the movement
