To help you enjoy your workout there's 10 televisions, while keeping track of your workout is easy with the innovative Technogym System. All new members are issued with a free Technogym Key, which will keep track of your custom-designed workout programme.

The Technogym System will set resistance for you, keep track of your workouts, and enable the staff to monitor your progress and make suggestions as and when changes are needed.

If you need a more personal touch, then one of the club's qualified staff will be there to discuss your health and fitness requirements and design a programme that will help you to reach your fitness goals.
