With 18 local authorities on their books, Serco Leisure centres work across the country to provides gyms for all. Serco Leisure offer programmes for young people, health initiatives such as GP Referral and Heart Smart schemes, community programmes for those 50+, and also work with local schools and clubs to offer facilities for the whole community.
The Serco Leisure health and fitness brand is called IsoSpa. IsoSpa facilities have fully equipped Fitness Studio and Workout Studio, and a Pool and Health Suite. Motivational Coaching and Shape Management Programmes are also available.
The Swim Life programme is designed to provide first class swimming tuition at value for money prices. Classes are designed to offer a smooth progression between class levels, and run from pre-school all the way through to adult sections.
They also offer the H2O programme, which is designed to focus on the needs of separate user groups and offer dedicated pool times for each. This includes swim for Fitness Sessions, Health Sessions for the easier, recreational swimming and Fun Time for children.
There is a focus on increasing daytime use of the facilities, particularly for women and the 50 plus group. Sessions typically include use of the fitness studio, a workout class, use of the health suite and swimming pool plus badminton, all at a good price. There are also initiatives for young people including Xtreme Fitness, Roller discos, Pool Discos and after school clubs and courses.
