Aerobic tests

Regular aerobic tests assess the amount of oxygen your body is able to use. You can train for aerobic tests in a couple of ways. First would be by performing longer cardio sessions and the second would be to implement higher intensity intervals into your program.

Training for an Aerobic Test

An aerobic test will help to increase the ability of your body to deliver oxygen to the working muscles and also improve the removal of lactic acid within the muscle tissue. To do this, perform both longer, moderate intensity sessions along with some higher intensity, interval workouts as well.
