Arm & elbow injury information

Some sports often cause problems with the arm and elbow. Indeed, some problems are even named after the sport.

These would include warming up, stretching regularly, and working to strengthen the area around the joint - strong muscles help a joint work properly, and stay in alignment when subjected to sudden force.
