Golds Gym

There are now 5 Gold's Gyms in and around London - the newest is the brand new London location, Gold's Gym Park Royal. This state-of-the-art facility boasts over 30,000 square feet of workout space, and features Precor's latest cardiovascular machines, each with a personal entertainment screen.

The original Gold's Gym opened in Venice, California, in 1965, and became known as the 'Mecca of Bodybuilding.' It was propelled to worldwide fame when it was featured in Arnold Schwarznegger's movie 'Pumping Iron' in 1975.

More than 30 years on, and there are now more than 600 locations in 41 US states and 27 countries. In a typical location you'll find the latest equipment and services, including:

  • Free weights
  • Resistance machines
  • Cardiovascular equipment
  • Personal training
  • Group exercise
At Park Royal you'll find all of this, including 2,500 square feet of free weights, and four group exercise rooms offering Spinning, aerobics, Pilates, yoga, and much more.

A feature of this club is a luxurious wet room, which includes a 15-seater hydrotherapy pool, steam and sauna rooms, a foot spa and even a salt cave - a great range of ways to pamper yourself after a tough workout.

If you're looking for a great workout in a state-of-the-art facility, check out this new location while their exclusive new membership offers are open.
