A large and luxurious venue for relaxing therapy treatments, The Forum Spa is located in the main resort centre of Celtic Manor, one of Wales' leading golf resorts.
Nestled in the Usk Valley, Celtic Manor Resort is just 90 miles from London Heathrow, and 45 minutes from Bristol and Cardiff. Guests can choose to stay at one of two hotels at the resort, the distinctively designed Resort Hotel, or the Georgian sandstone Manor House Hotel, complete with wood panelling, leaded windows, and a grand wooden staircase. The resort also includes an Exhibition Hall, Convention Centre, 31 function rooms, 4 restaurants, 2 health clubs, and 2 spas - the Forum Spa and the Clarins health spa. There's also shooting, mountain biking and walking trails - not forgetting its Golf Academy and championship golf courses.
Including 16 capacious and stylish treatment rooms, the Forum Spa welcomes guests with ambient lighting, aromatic scents, and electronic therapy couches. Treatment rooms offer guests total privacy: each comes with its own shower, and some of the rooms have been specially designed for specific treatments and therapies, by the makers of the therapy ranges themselves.
Treatments available include the unusual and luxurious Rasul Mud Ritual, in which Dead Sea mineral muds are used to exfoliate the skin. A four-seater ceramic chamber with 800 stars on the ceiling fills with herbally scented steam, until the mud is then washed away in a tropical rain shower. Water therapies are also available including Dry Flotation and Hydrotherapy. And the Forum Hair Studio offers guests free consultations from professional hairdressers, as well as hair styling and colouring using Redken products.
