Champneys Forest Mere has the UK's first Thalassotherapy salt-water hydro pool, as well as a 25 metre swimming pool with whirlpool, unique Serail-Bad mud treatment rooms, and a twilight Rasul Chamber, as well as sauna and steam rooms. The spa's Alternative Health Clinic also offers guests therapies such as Reiki, Palmistry and Graphology, and the chance to experience a healing circle.
