Set in one of Scotland's most famous hotels on the banks of Loch Lomond, Cameron House leisure resort includes a luxury spa with a complete selection of health and beauty treatments to pamper you from head to foot.
Set amidst 100 acres of lawns and woodland on the southwest bank of Loch Lomond, 4-star-hotel Cameron House is an 18th century baronial mansion with all the character of a large-scale country house hotel, from the pennants flying from its tower, to the wood-panelled walls and beautifully furnished rooms. Meanwhile, the natural forests, mountain springs and waterfalls of the region form an idyllic landscape, recently designated a National Park. Glasgow is only half an hour away by road, and within convenient reach of the city's airport.
Cameron House leisure resort boasts a palm-fringed lagoon-style 21 metre swimming pool, as well as a fun pool with corkscrew flume and a paddling pool for children. There's a cr?che and activity club for children, so that parents can enjoy a relaxing break in the spa, fully equipped with treatment rooms, steam rooms, saunas and plunge pools. There's a wide range of pampering treatments to choose from, including an aromatherapy massage, a deep cleansing facial, an algae wrap or a body scrub.
Indoors, there's also a gym, squash and badminton courts, and a snooker room, while outdoors guests can play a round on the "Wee Demon" the hotel's challenging 9-hole golf course, or go boating on the loch. The hotel's new general manager has plans underway to upgrade the spa and hotel facilities even further for 2007.
