Many of LivingWell's clubs will be undergoing a transformation, with 11 clubs having already been newly refurbished with brand new state-of-the-art Precor equipment in contemporary new surroundings, to ensure that every member can enjoy a high quality fitness experience with a fantastic personalised service (see the table at the foot of the profile).

Further clubs are due to be refurbished throughout the year - with new clubs due to open in 2009.

Although each club is slightly different, a typical club's facilities include :

• Air-conditioned gym - including the latest cardio equipment with personal TV screens
• Swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room
• A selection of free exercise classes
• Complimentary towels and toiletries
• A range of benefits from Hilton hotels including discounts on food and beverage within the hotel and up to 15% off selected Hilton fully flexible weekend rates*

In addition, some Hilton hotels offer LivingWell Express health clubs, specifically designed to meet the needs of international business travelers. These Express clubs typically offer :
