In addition to their research on the Evo diet and Pro and Pre Biotic food, "The Truth About Food" also turned the spotlight on the delicate subject of erectile dysfunction - specifically, could a high garlic intake improve erectile dysfunction?

Garlic and erectile function: Subjects who ate four cloves of garlic per day for three months had great improvements in erectile function. The active ingredient in garlic, allicin, works to clear the furring of blood vessels, thus allowing more blood to reach the penis. This experiment only had two subjects, but if erectile dysfunction is an issue for you, it is certainly an approach worth considering.
