Located inside Macdonald Hotels and Resorts, Vital Health Clubs and gyms offer a new way for you to get fitter! Macdonald Hotels owns over 60 properties in locations right across the UK, from elegant manor house retreats set in extensive grounds, to modern and contemporary hotels in city centres.

Each houses a Vital Health Club staffed by qualified personal trainers who can design a personalised fitness programmes to help you achieve your health and well-being goals. New members can receive a full health screen and one to one session to discuss goals and objectives and develop a personalised plan.

Facilities vary by hotel, so you should contact your local Vital Health Club to find what is available in your area. Most hotels have a pool, where you will find a comprehensive range of swimming programmes for adults and juniors. There is also an 8 week weight management programme and advice regarding nutrition & lifestyle tips.
