Weighted crunch - This exercise can be performed with a twist at the top.
Turning slightly will stress the oblique muscles of the waist.
|What you need for Weighted abdominals crunch :
- An exercise mat
- A weight or medicine ball
|how to do it
Adopt a position on your back lying on the exercise mat. Place your feet near your feet
Hold a weight against your chest and your feet flat on the floor towards your bottom
From this start position curl your chest towards your knees using the strength of your stomach muscles only
Exhale. Hold for a count of two before slowly lower yourself on the count of four to the start position. Pause briefly and repeat
