Tricep extensions - Strong triceps mean strong, toned and shapely arms.
The triceps make up 2/3 of the upper arm. Do not neglect them!
|What you need for Tricep extensions :
- A dumbbell
- An exercise mat or bench
|how to do it
Grasp a light dumbbell in one hand. Stand or sit on a bench. Extend your arm high above your head
Place your opposite hand across your shoulder and place it on the upper arm of the exercising arm for balance
Slowly lower the weight behind your head towards the opposite shoulder. Pause when you feel a slight stretch in the triceps
Lower slowly (for a count of two) and repeat for the desired number of repetitions
