Dumbbell shoulder press - a great way to strengthen the deltoids.

Exercise safely and to exercise with perfect technique
 
What you need for Dumbbell shoulder press :

how to do it
  • Grasp two moderately weighted dumbbells. Sit on a bench and lift the weights to shoulder level
     
  • Turn your palms so that they face forward. Press the weights up until your arms are fully extended. Pause briefly
     
  • Slowly lower the weights back down to ear level before you attempt to repeat the previous movement
     
  • Also perform in a gym on a shoulder press machine as well as using free weights
