Adopt a position on your back on the mat. Place your feet near your bottom
Either place your arms across your chest, straight out in front of you or place your finger tips on your temples
From this start position, curl your chest towards your knees using only your stomach muscles
Slowly lower yourself on the count of four to the start position - pause briefly and repeat
