Ab crunches


Ab crunches - these stomach exercises are essential if you wish to flatten the abdominals.

However, they don't promote fat loss - that's a myth!
 
What you need for ab crunches :

how to do it
  • Adopt a position on your back on the mat. Place your feet near your bottom
     
  • Either place your arms across your chest, straight out in front of you or place your finger tips on your temples
     
  • From this start position, curl your chest towards your knees using only your stomach muscles
     
  • Slowly lower yourself on the count of four to the start position - pause briefly and repeat
