A set of blocks and bench or similar stable surface you can jump up onto

How do you do it?

- Start off by standing behind the box about 1ft away from it
- In one movement swing your arms upwards and jump up onto the box
- You should land on the box with both feet in a semi-squat position
- Step down off the box and get ready for the next jump
- Do 3 sets of 10-20 jumps

Key Points

- Focus on exploding off of the floor and landing with both feet
