Although injury prevention is one of the best things any athlete can do, many of us skip the very things that can keep us healthy.

Of course, the other part of it is having the appropriate level of conditioning for the event or competition we are entering, and training in a steady progressive manner - there is good evidence that people who have years of steady conditioning behind them suffer fewer injuries.
