Fusion Lifestyle offer a huge range of classes at the various centres, including aerobics, body pump, and circuit training. The Swim School is a comprehensive learn to swim programme offered in partnership with the Amateur Swimming Association (ASA). There are thirteen different course levels for juniors, four 'Adult and Child' levels, and five levels for adults.
Membership includes inclusive use of classes, fitness suites, swimming pools and spa suites. You also have a one to one consultation with a fully qualified instructor to design your personalised exercise programme, and free reassessments every 6-8 weeks to review your goals.
Memberships discounts of more than 50% are available for low income, students, under 19s and differently abled people.
